A downloadable Megaiden for Windows
Hi there,
I published this demo to share it with family and friends, I will continue improving it delivering more and more updates so hopefully one day will become a full game itself.
This demo can be played with almost all gamepads (xone, ps4, switch pro controller) and keyboard.
Please keep in mind this is demo and uses different free assets, nevertheless it also has original enemy design assets and all the music was composed only for this demo.
The whole idea behind was to create a something that resonates with the spirit from classic megaman and ninja gaiden games from NES era.

Hiii, I've made a video about the game and wanted to share some feedback about it, hopefully it is useful to you ^^
-The idea of the game is good.-The gameplay mechanics are good, but they need A LOT of polish on small details that feel rough on them (the double jump should be a little bit more light/high, falling platforms can get stuck into another ones, some parts of the level design end up being a "trap" for the player with no reason, etc.)
-Visually you got some good retro vibes, and the art style works great for a prototype ^^

i agree with all you said i will polish the second jump and the falling platforms i will do something about it
as per getting stuck probably you refer to the white wall, i tried to tell the player that those white blocks can be destroy if you "charge" your attack, i think i miss an opportunity to show this
